St. Nicholas, the Angel and the Devil had a great day with you all on Saturday.
It was very nice seeing the smiling faces of over 70 children who attended.
We enjoyed all the beautiful songs and poems. St. Nick really liked your drawings. As promised, he published them on this site so the whole world can see them!
You all did your share in making this event truly memorable.
Parents, you did great filling out St. Nicholas’s Lists and thank you for bringing the tasty desserts and goodies for the children.
Huge Thanks belong to our affiliated Sokol San Francisco organization for preparing the delicious “Vanocka’s”. We also appreciate the help of our hostesses Simona and Daniela who did an awesome job welcoming our guests. Ben and Jeff took some terrific photos. Ted was very helpful managing our sound system, and we all enjoyed Donald’s Christmas tunes on the piano. THANK YOU!
Dear parents, you asked for a way to stay in touch with other Czech/Slovak families in the area. We listened and created a “BAYCZECH FAMILY CAFE” where you can connect. This blog is by “invitation only.” If you attended the St. Nicholas event, you will receive an invitation from us automatically. Please call 408-621-4921 if you did not attend and would like to be added.
This year, we also had a great time visiting families at the PRIVATE ST. NICHOLAS event. You can see photos capturing the atmosphere and read parent’s notes bellow. We are looking forward to seeing you all next year!

moc rada bych Vam jmenem cele me rodiny podekovala za naprosto famozni Mikulassky zazitek. Byli jste vsichni naprosto uzasni a nase dcera Emilka o Vas stale mluvi. Vsem vypravi jak lechtala certa a ze take poprve v zivote videla opravdoveho andela. Ja sama jsem si pripomela sve bajecne detsvi v Cesku a muj manzel se priucil nasim rodnym tradicim. Urcite se budeme tesit na pristi rok.

Dear St.Nicholas and Angel,
My boys were so excited by your visit! Thank you for individualizing your approach to each of them and spending so much of your valuable time with them. All of us thought you did such a wonderful job and provided them with a lasting experience of Magic.
Even though Sammy (almost 8) had serious doubts whether St. Nicholas was real, after your visit, he admitted that you were real, after all :-)
